Digitalization that turns data into action.
Akovis develops digital solutions for companies that want to get more out of their machines, data, and services. To achieve this, we combine engineering experience with software, IoT, and AI – transforming technical data into concrete decisions.
We make digitalization effective where it truly matters in the company.

Digitalization that creates value
Our goal is to simplify users' everyday lives. We achieve this through transparent machine conditions, early warnings, prepared action recommendations, and digital services that help where manual methods, on-site appointments, or experiential knowledge are still necessary today.
From data to decisions
Data forms the basis, but value is only created when it is understood, categorized, and translated into further actions. Akovis makes operational and machine data usable for condition monitoring, anomaly detection, maintenance, service processes, and new digital business models. The platform identifies patterns and discrepancies and provides users with guidance instead of just raw data.
Overview of services in the field of digitalization:
Digital connection of machines, engines, controls, and sensors to existing systems – locally, remotely, or via IoT modules.
Development of data models and dashboards that make technical conditions understandable and simplify decision-making.
Detection of recurring patterns and anomalies in operation using AI and analysis methods.
Translation of technical analyses into understandable indications, priorities, and subsequent next steps.
Development of digital service processes – from remote diagnostics to the digital customer portal.
Current case studies in the field of digitalization:
Remote diagnostics instead of on-site obligations
For the customer Hatz, Akovis developed a solution that allows the existing diagnostic software to be used securely via IoT connection from remote locations.
Smarter Evaluation
Through remote diagnostics, relevant diagnostic information can be evaluated before a service assignment. The initial error analysis no longer must happen directly at the machine. Many causes can be narrowed down in advance, actions prepared, and necessary service materials planned more effectively.
Optimization of Work Processes
The introduction of remote diagnostics reduces response times, avoids unnecessary on-site visits, and improves service planning. For service organizations, this means providing quicker support, utilizing resources more efficiently, and helping customers more effectively in case of disruptions.

AI for Maintenance and Operations
Within the framework of an AI project funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Akovis develops methods to better understand the behavior of engines during operation.
Making Anomalies Visible Sooner
The AI analyzes existing operational data and detects deviations from normal patterns. This can make potential anomalies visible earlier, before they lead to major problems.
Additional Guidance Instead of Technical Raw Data
Instead of only receiving technical raw data, users get additional guidance: Which developments are relevant? Where is action required? What measures should be considered? This way, AI supports maintenance, diagnostics, and service in making more informed decisions and recognizing challenges early.
